Character First! is a character and leadership training paradigm developed by the Character Training Institute, a non-profit 501-C organization based in Oklahoma City. CTI seeks to encourage good character in businesses, schools, families, communities and other organizations by offering character based training and resources.

The convening team of City Impact Roundtables has begun the process of becoming a Character First! Region. This program was presented to our team by Pat McGrath, the Hispanic Director of Fellowship of Companies for Christ, International.

FCCI/Christ@Work President Kent Humphrey’s reports that one of their FCCI members, a business leader, said Character First! was one of the best things they have ever done for their employees and that their people “love it.”
